About Our Clinic
Optima Foot Clinic is a professional chiropody clinic located in south Richmond Hill in the neighbourhood of Doncrest. We offer a wide range of foot care services, including routine nail care, callus and corn care, warts treatments, custom-made orthotics, and simple ingrown toenail surgical procedures and wound care and diabetic foot care.
All treatments are provided by registered chiropodists ( foot care specialists). We work with people of all ages. We also provide House-Call Services to immobilized patients. No doctor referral is required.

Emma Xu Bai , Registered Chiropodist
Emma is always believed that as a chiropodist, her top priority for her patients is to improve their quality of life by keeping them mobile. Emma practices all aspects of podiatry medicine and has a special interest in biomechanics and sports injuries.
Emma holds an Honours Bachelor of Podiatry( Hon. BSC. POD) from the University of Salford, the United Kingdom. Emma graduated top of her class and was the receipt of the Highest Achieving Mark of the year and the award in Launch Global ‘International Business Ideas Competition’.
Emma practiced in North Manchester General Hospital Diabetic center and NHS Manchester Nightingale Hospital North West during Covid locking down, and practiced two years in Clayton Community health center. Currently Emma is also working in Halton Health Care Oakville hospital Foot clinic treating both in patients and out patients. Emma is passionate about helping people with health and wellness. Since graduating, she has received her certification in Foot Mobilization Therapy. She is looking forward to meeting you and helping you with all your foot concerns!
In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending time with her friends and family and loves travelling and exploring the world.
